8 th international medjunarodno takmičenje "Davorin Jenko" je u proteklih sedam godina privuklo pažnju domaće i strane muzičke javnosti svojim profesionalnim, ali otvorenim i fleksibilnim stavom prema muzici, nastojeći da pomiri sukobe u tradicionalnom i modernom pristupu takmičenju medju umetnicima svih uzrasta, školske spreme i interesovanja. više od 4500 takmičara iz SrbIJe i inostranstva (SlovenIJe, ItalIJe, ŠvaJCarske, MakedonIJe, Bosne i Hercegovine, Hrvatske, AustrIJe, Francuske, UkraJIne, MaD- Jarske, Crne Gore...) koji su tokom prethodnih godina učestvovali na takmičenju, stručni žiri sastavljen od vrsnih pedagoga i izvodjača iz zemlje i inostranstva (Nemačke, Engleske, kine, AustrIJe, UkraJIne, SlovenIJe, ŠpanIJe, Velike BritanIJe ), gostoprimljivost domaćina i specifičan način nagradjivanja, govore u prilog organizaciji i sadržaju takmičenja. Kvalitetni uslovi koje organizator poseduje i pruža posetiocima i takmičarima garantuju prijatan boravak u jednom od najlepših gradova ovog dela Evrope. Ideja organizatora od samog početka bila je da takmičenje bude nezaboravan i sadržajan umetnički i društveni doživljaj. competition davorin jenko in the last seven years, the International Competition Davorin Jenko has attracted the attention of both Serbian and foreign musical population with its traditional, yet open attempt to reconcile the clashes between the and flexible attitude towards music and its traditional and modern approach with the appearance of artists of all ages, education and interests. More than 4500 competitors from Serbia and abroad (Slovenia, Italy, Switzerland, Macedonia, Bosnia, Croatia, Austria, France, Ukraine, Hungary, Montenegro and other countries) that took part in the competition during the last five years, the jury of experts made up of DIstinguished pedagogues and performers from Serbia and abroad (Germany, England, China, Austria, Ukraine, Slovenia, Spain, Great Britain ), the welcoming attitude of the hosts and the specific manner of awarding speak highly of the organisation and content of this competition. The quality of conditions the organisers provide for the visitors and competitors guarantee a pleasant stay in one of the most beautiful CIties in this part of Europe. It was the organisers intention from the very beginning to make this competition an unforgettable and comprehensive artistic and social experience.

JOKUT MIHAILOVIĆ Pijanistkinja iz Beograda, profesor Fakulteta muzičke umetnosti u Beogradu, rođena je u Uzbekistanu. Muzičke studije je završila na Moskovskom konzervatorijumu Čajkovski u klasi prof. Ljudmile Roščine, a stepen magistra je stekla u klasi prof. Leonida Brumberga. Njena profesionalna umetnička i pedagoška karijera vezana je za prostore Srbije, odnosno bivše Jugoslavije. Nastupala je kao solista sa brojnim simfonijskim i kamernim orkestrima, a ostvarila je i veliki broj samostalnih solističkih koncerata. Posebno je zapažena njena umetnička saradnja sa poznatom violinistkinjom Marinom Jašvili sa kojom je nastupala širom Jugoslavije i Rusije. Realizovala je niz zapaženih tonskih i video snimaka za radio i TV stanice u zemlji i inostranstvu. Pedagošku karijeru je započela na Akademiji umetnosti u Novom Sadu, gde je postala redovni profesor i šef katedre za klavir, a potom i na FMU-u Beogradu. Pored navedenih visokih škola, radila je i kao gostujući profesor na muzičkim akademijama u Sarajevu i Skoplju. Od 2002. godine bila je šef Katedre za klavir na FMU u Beogradu. Kao pedagog, dovela je do akademskog zvanja veliki broj studenata, afirmišući ih pritom na renomiranim Međunarodnim takmičenjima pijanista i javnim nastupima u zemlji ii inostranstvu. Mnogi od njih danas uspešno deluju u zemlji i inostranstvu (uključujući i SAD) kao nastavnici na visokim školama, koncertni umetnici i pedagozi (Kemal Gekić, Aleksandar Serdar, Biljana Gorunović, Nataša Dukan, Nataša Šarčević, Marina Milić i mnogi drugi). Pored pedagoškog rada na FMU u Beogradu i Akademiji umetnosti u Novom Sadu, održala je veliki broj majstorskih kurseva u zemlji i inostranstvu, a vrlo često je dobijala pozive da učestvuje u radu žirija na međunarodnim takmičenjima pijanista u Poljskoj, Italiji, Rumuniji, Grčkoj, Bugarskoj, zemljama bivše Jugoslavije i Srbije. Dobitnik je ordena republike Poljske za zasluge u oblasti kulture, Zlatne plakete Univerziteta umetnosti u Beogradu, a takođe i plakete Univerziteta u Novom Sadu. 6

8 th international Pianist from Belgrade, a professor at the Faculty of Music Arts Belgrade, was born piano in Uzbekistan. She finished her studies at the Moscow conservatory Tchaikovsky in the class of Professor Ljudmila Roščina, and her Master s Degree in the class of Professor Leonid Brumberg. Her professional artistic and teaching career is connected to Serbia and former Yugoslavia. She has performed as a soloist with numerous symphonic and chamber orchestras and she has also held a number of solo competition concerts. Her collaboration with the well-known violinist Marina Jašvili is particularly noted. The two have performed all over Yugoslavia and Russia. She made a series davorin of sound recordings for different radio and TV stations both in Serbia and abroad. She started her pedagogical career at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, where she jenko became a full professor and the head of the piano department, and later on at the Faculty of Music Arts in Belgrade. Beside these faculties, she has also worked as a visiting professor at the Academies of Music in Sarajevo and Skopje. Since 2002 she is the head of the piano department at the Faculty of Music Arts in Belgrade. As a pedagogue she has helped a number of students reach their academic status and make a name for themselves in renowned international piano competitions and public performances both in Serbia and abroad. Many of these students are affirmed pianists today, some of them working abroad (including the USA) as teachers in music academies, concert pianists and pedagogues (Kemal Gekić, Aleksandar Serdar, Biljana Gorunović, Nataša Dukan, Nataša Šarčević, Marina Milić and many others). Besides her work at the Faculty of Music Arts in Belgrade and Academy of Music in Novi Sad, she has also held a number of master courses in Serbia and abroad, and she was often invited to be a member of the juries in international pianists competitions in Poland, Italy, Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, former Yugoslav countries and Serbia. She is the winner of the Medal of the Republic of Poland for her accomplishments in the field of culture, Golden Plaquette of the University of Arts Belgrade and the Plaquette of the University of Novi Sad. 7

NATAŠA VELJKOVIĆ Rodjena je u Beogradu. Već sa četiri godine počela je da svira klavir, a nedugo zatim usledili su i prvi nastupi pred publikom. Ubrzo ostvaruje i svoje prve snimke za Radio Beograd, izvodeći Koncerte za klavir J. S. Baha i Hajdna. Nakon studija kod profesora Arba Valdme u Beogradu, sa 14 godina biva primljena na Bečku Akademiju za muziku i izvodjačke umetnosti u klasi Paula Badura- Škode, gde je i diplomirala cum laude 1987. godine. Upravo iz tog perioda studija datira veliko interesovanje i posvećenost Nataše Veljković Mocartovom stvaralaštvu. Sledi dalje usavršavanje u Njujorku na Džulijardu (1988-1989) kod profesora Rudolfa Firkusnog (učenika legendarnog Artura Šnabela), te na Konzervatorijumu u Ženevi (1990-1992), gde po drugi put dobija zvanje magistra umetnosti (Magister Artium). Tokom karijere održava intenzivne profesionalne kontakte sa nizom istaknutih umetnika, izmedju ostalih, sa Nikitom Magalovim, Normanom Setlerom, kao i mnogim drugima. Medju brojnim nagradama koje je dobila za svoje izuzetne interpretacije, ističu se prva nagrada na čuvenom takmicenju Prix Clara Haskil u Veviju (1985), kao i prvo mesto na takmičenju World Music Masters u Parizu (1990). Od 1985. započinje svoju koncertnu aktivnost širom Evrope. Posebno je uspešna i značajna njena saradnja sa beogradskim gudačkim orkestrom Dušan Skovran i maestrom Aleksandrom Pavlovićem, sa kojima je ostvarila izuzetno uspešna gostovanja u Rusiji i Kini. Nastupala je na mnogim najprestižnijim festivalima u Evropi. Tokom karijere saradjivala je sa nizom eminentnih dirigenata: Lorens Foster, Dimitrij Kitajenko, Antoni Vit, Dejvid Cinman, Emil Tabakov i drugi. Živi i radi u Beču, gde na Akademiji za muziku i izvodjačke umetnosti (Universitat fur Musik und Darstellende Kunst) počev od 1993. podučava sopstvenu klasu studenata. Born in Belgrade, lives and works in Vienna, where she holds an associate professorship for piano at the Vienna University of Music and Performing Arts. Ever since she was four, her life has centred around the piano. After her studies with Arbo Valdma in Belgrade, at the age of 14 she was admitted, to Paul Badura-Skoda s class at the Vienna University of Music, where she graduated with honours in 1987. Further studies followed, with Professor Rudolf Firkusny at the Juilliard School in New York (1988-1989), with Professor Harry Datyner at the Geneva Conservatory (1990-1992), where she took her second master s degree in the art of piano. She also held artistic consultations with Nikita Magaloff. Before she was ten, she won her first prizes at international youth competitions in Capua 1977 and Senigallia 1978. Among the great number of further awards she has won for her extraordinary achievements as a pianist are the PRIX CLARA HASKIL at Vevey in 1985, and the first prize at the WORLD MUSIC MASTERS in Paris in 1990. Many other awards followed, such as the Orlando Prize for the best concert at the Dubrovnik Festval, the UMUS Prize (Belgrade) for the most successful concert of the year. The award of the PRIX CLARA HASKIL marked the beginning of intensive concert activities all over Europe: successful cooperation with the BELGRADE STRINGS DUSAN SKOVRAN (concert tours through Russia and China; publication in 2001 of a CD by the Belgrade label PGP-RTS with piano concertos by Bach, Haydn and Mendelssohn); 8 th international with the St. GEORGES STRINGS in 2004 piano live recording by PGP-RTS of three piano concertos by Mozart; with orchestras such as the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, Tonhalle Zurich, the Zagreb Soloists, the Vienna competition Chamber Orchestra, the Capella Istropolitana, the Janacek Philharmonic Orchestra Ostrava, Radio Katovice, the RAI orchestra, the davorin Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra, Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra etc. Many prominent jenko conductors such as David Zinman, Lawrence Foster, Dimitrij Kitajenko, Cristian Mandeal, Marcello Viotti, Antoni Wit, David Shalon, Emil Tabakov and Martin Sieghart have greatly appreciated the collaboration with Natasa Veljkovic. Another one of Natasa Veljkovic s favourites is chamber music: she is a member of the Anima trio (Belgrade), and plays with the pianist Norman Shetler as well as with her husband, the cellist Tobias Stosiek. In addition, she takes part in many European festivals: Montreux, Berlin, Chopin Festival (Poland), MIDEM classique at Cannes and JUVENTUS at Cambrai, Toulouse (France), Algarve (Portugal); and in Austria (Carinthian Summer, Attergau Cultural Summer, International Chopin Festival at Gaming and Haydn Festival at Eisenstadt); also Dubrovnik Summer Festival (Croatia), BEMUS Belgrade and nomus Novi Sad (Serbia, Mozart Festival in Istanbul, and many others. Over the last few years, following two LPs in former Yugoslavia, she has recorded seven new CDs. Two of them (Liszt and Mozart) were recorded with the Vienna classical-music label ZULUS records VIENNA (world-wide sales). These received excellent international reviews, among them Karl Löbl (Kurier, Vienna), Peter Schlüer (Klassik Heute, Munich), Doris Glaser (ORF Ö1, Vienna) and Josef Manhart (BR 4, Munich). Another five were published by the leading Belgrade label PGP-RTS. The focus of Natasa Veljkovic s musical interest is works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. 9

DAVIDE FRANCESCHETTI Cenjen od strane muzičke kritike, osvojio je Srebrnu medalju na Internacionalnom takmičenju u Lidsu 2000. godine. Njegovo izvodjenje Bramsovog klavirskog koncerta br. 15 sa Birmingenskom filharmonijom visoko je ocenio ne samo elitni žiri, već i sam dirigent maestro Sir Simon Rattle. 2001. osvaja nagradu fondacije Steven De Groote za najboljeg kamernog izvodjača, kao i nagradu žirija na takmičenju Van Cliburn u Fort Vortu (SAD). Kao sedamnaestogodišnjak zauzima četvrto mesto na prestižnom takmičenju Ferruccio Busoni u Bolcanu, da bi godinu dana kasnije bio laureat GPA medjunarodnog takmičenja u Dablinu. Kao ljubimcu kritike i publike, uspeh u Dablinu mu je omogućio seriju koncerata i resitala širom sveta. Nastupa u svetskim koncertnim dvoranama, kao što su Wigmore Hall u Londonu (novembar 1995), Alice Tully Hall u Nju Jorku (mart 1996), kao i dvoranama širom SAD, na Havajima, u Meksiku, Kini i Japanu. Medju mnogobrojnim resitalima mogu se pomenuti izvodjenja u SAD, Irskoj, Engleskoj, Finskoj, zatim u Beču i širom Italije. Born in 1976, critically acclaimed Italian pianist, Davide Franceschetti won the Silver Medal at the Leeds International Piano Competition in 2000. His rivetting performance of the Brahms Piano Concerto op. 15 with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Sir Simon Rattle garnered high praise from both the elite jury and Maestro Rattle. In 2001 he received the Steven De Groote Memorial Award for the Best Performance in Chamber Music and a Jury Discretionary Award at the Van Cliburn Competition in Fort Worth, Texas. At the young age of 17, he was awarded the fourth prize at the International Piano Competition Ferruccio Busoni in Bolzano. He then continued to take the Grand prize at the GPA Dublin International Piano Competition only one year later. His success in Dublin then led to series of concerts and recitals worldwide. Dobitnik je Prešernovih nagrada Akademije za glasbo i Univerze u Ljubljani, te Nagrade Julija Betteta Društva glasbenih umetnikov Slovenije (2004) za koncertnu delatnost i svestrani doprinos slovenačkoj muzičkoj kulturi. Klavir je diplomirao na Akademiji za glasbo u Ljubljani, u klasi Dubravke Tomšić-Srebotnjak, gde je završio i postdiplomske studije. He received Prešern Award from the Academy of music and the University of Ljubljana and the Award Julia Betteta from the Society of music artists of Slovenia (2004) for his concert performances and his versatile commitment to the music culture of Slovenia. He graduated at the Music academy in Ljubljana with Dubravka Tomsic- Srebotnjak, where he consequently earned his Master degree. Moreover, he attended master classes of Rudolf Kehrer (in Weimar), Claude Copens (in Bruxelles) and, after having received a scholarship from the Swiss Government, he participated at the master class of Carl Engel in Bern. Trenutno predaje na katedri za klavir Fakulteta muzičke umetnosti u Beogradu, kao i na Akademiji umjetnosti u Banja Luci. Diplomirao i završio postdiplomske studije na Fakultetu muzičke umetnosti u Beogradu, u klasi prof. Nevene Popović. Usavršavao se kod istaktnutih ruskih pijanista i pedagoga: Jurija Sljesarjeva, Sergeja Dorenskog i Aleksandra Štarkmana. Nastupao je na najznačajnijim festivalima u zemlji i regionu (BEMUS, NIMUS, Raške duhovne svečanosti, Dani kulture u Vrnjačkoj Banji, Dani Vlade Miloševića u Banja Luci (BiH), Grad Teatar u Budvi (Crna Gora), Skopsko leto i Ohridsko leto (Makedonija). Na međunarodnim pijanističkim konkursima u Italiji postigao je značajne rezultate u Senigaliji, Rimu, Strezi Tortoni, Torinu (prva nagrada i apsolutni pobednik u svojoj kategoriji). Aprila 1996. godine na velikom međunarodnom konkursu Grand Prix Claude Kahn u Parizu, osvaja prvu nagradu i nastupa u poznatoj sali Gaveau. Fakulteta muzičke umetnosti mu dodeljuje nagradu iz fonda Emil Hajek kao najperspektivnijem mladom pijanisti, kao i nagradu Jelena Pavlović kao najboljem studentu u generaciji na klavirskom odseku. Osnivanjem ogranka evropske organizacije Mlada EPTA, 1999. postaje njen prvi predsednik. Učestvovao je u organizaciji više projekata iz oblasti muzike ( Koncerti za mir, Antologija srpske klavirske muzike ). Godine 2002. sa grupom mladih i već afirmisanih umetnika osniva Udruženje pijanista Srbije. Za kratko vreme osmišljava i organizuje više projekata ( Rahmanjinov 2003, Rahmanjinov u Srbiji, Klavirski duo, Sen Sans 2005 ). Osnivač je i organizator bijenalnog takmičenja mladih umetnika Beogradski podijum mladih talenata. Dobitnik je Oktobarske nagrade Skupštine grada Beograda za stvaralaštvo mladih Graduated and completed his post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Music Art in Belgrade with Nevena Popovic. His further education included courses with prominent Russian pianists Jury Sliesarieff, Sergey Dorensk and Alexander Starkmann. He performed as a soloist with the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra, the Orchestra of Serbian Radio-Television, the Niš Symphony Orchestra, the Chamber Orchestra Dušan Skovran, the Serbian Chamber Orchestra, the String Orchestra St. George, the chamber quartett Bachus from Salzburg... His recordings include numerous permanent recordings for the Radio Television of Serbia, as well as works by composer Vladimir Tosic on the CD recorded for PGP rts label. He received many awards at national competitions for students of music, where he appeared both as a soloist as well as a part of a piano duo, while at international pianist competitions in Italy he has shown significant results: in Senigallia, Rome, Stresa, Tortona, Turin (first place and absolute winner in his category of competitors). In 1996 at a prestigious International competition Grand Prix Claude Kahn in Paris he won the first prize which enabled him to perfom at the famous Gaveau Hall. The Faculty of Music Art granted him a prize Emil Hajek as one of the most promising pianists and the prize Jelena Pavlovic as the best student of the piano department. With the establishment of the Young epta in 1999 he was elected its first director. He participated in organization of several projects in the field of music ( Concert for peace, Antology of Serbian piano music ). In 2002, together with a group of young and already established artists, he founded The Society of Serbian Pianists. The further projects include Rachmaninoff 2003, Rachmaninoff in Serbia, Piano duo, Saint Saens 2005 for which he received support of the leading cultural institutions. He is also a founder of a competition for young artists called Belgrade stage for young talents held biannually. He was awarded a prestigious October Award by the City Assembly of Belgrade for his extraordinary contributions to the culture and art home and abroad. At present he has been teaching at the Piano department of the Faculty for Music Art in Belgrade and at the Academy of Art in Banja Luka (BIH). 15

LIDIJA STANKOVIĆ Studije klavira završila je na Muzičkoj akademiji u Ljubljani, a magistrirala na Fakultetu muzičke umetnosti u Beogradu. Dobitnik je brojnih nagrada, između ostalih dve Oktobarske nagrade, nagrade Emil Hajek i Prešernove nagrade. Laureat je međunarodnih takmičenja u Senigaliji, Zemonu i Strezi. Održala je brojne resitale i koncerte sa Beogradskom, Zagrebačkom i Slovenačkom filharmonijom, Simfonijskim orkestrom RTV Ljubljana, Dubrovačkim festivalskim orkestrom, orkestrom RTV Brisel, Novosadskim kamernim orkestrom, Beogradskim gudačkim orkestrom Dušan Skovran, sa Gudačima Sv. Đorđa... Kao solista i kamerni muzičar gostovala je u Italiji, Belgiji, Austriji, Francuskoj, Holandiji, Poljskoj, Nemačkoj i Velikoj Britaniji. Veliki deo svog repertoara snimila je za radijske i TV kuće ovih zemalja. Pedagoškim radom bavi se na Fakultetu muzičke umetnosti u Beogradu u zvanju redovnog profesora. Lidija Stankovic received her ba degree in piano at the Music academy in Ljubljana and her Master degree at the Faculty of Music Art in Belgrade. Winner of numerous awards (two October Awards, Emil Hajek Award, Presern Award ) and also a winner of international competitions in Senigallia, Zemun and Stresa. She performed numerous recitals and played with the Belgrade, the Zagreb and the Slovenian Philharmonic, the Symphony Orchestra of rtv Ljubljana, the Dubrovnik Festival Orchestra, the Orchestra of Brussels Television, the Chamber Orchestra of Novi Sad, the Belgrade String Orchestra Dusan Skovran, the String Orchestra Sv. George in Serbia and abroad (Italy, Belgium, Austria, France, Holland, Poland, Germany, Great Britain). The major part of her repertoire was recorded for radio and TV studios of the abovementioned countries. She is presently working as a piano professor at the Academy of Music Art in Belgrade. 16

IVANA KLIMEK 8 th international piano competition davorin jenko Rodjena je u Beogradu. Sa šest godina upisuje muzičku skolu Josip Slavenski, gde provodi narednih deset godina u klasi profesorke Dragane Trajić. Godine 1978/79 upisuje Fakultet muzičkih umetnosti u Beogradu, u klasi profesorke Olge Jovanović, koji zavrsava 1983. Za vreme studija učestvuje na mnogim takmičenjima na republičkom i saveznom nivou, gde osvaja mnogobrojne nagrade. Od 1982-1983. radi kao klavirski saradnik u baletskoj skoli Lujo Davičo. Od 1983. počinje da radi kao profesor klavira u muzičkoj skoli Davorin Jenko, gde ostaje sve do 1993. godine kada sa porodicom odlazi u Barcelonu, gde i dalje živi i radi kao profesor klavira i pijanista pratilac operskih pevača. ZORICA ĆETKOVIĆ Pijanista, čembalista i kamerni muzičar. Diplomirala je i magistrirala klavir i čembalo na Fakultetu muzičke umetnosti u Beogradu. Finalista je jugoslavenskog pijanističkog takmičenja u Zagrebu, kao i međunarodnog takmičenja čembalista u Parizu, gde je osvojila i Specijalnnu nagradu za izvođenje kompozicije XX veka. Gostovala je u brojnim evropskim zemljama (Francuska, Češka, Belgija, Engleska, Škotska, Grčka, Nemačka) i SAD. Nastupala je kao solista sa Beogradskom filharmonijom, kao i sa kamernim orkestrima Gudači Sv. Đorđa, Dušan Skovran i Pro Musica. Održala je veliki broj koncerata kao čembalista, klavirski saradnik i kao član klavirskog tria Musica da Camera. Redovni je profesor kamerne muzike i čembala na Fakultetu muzičke umetnosti u Beogradu. A pianist, a cembalist and a chamber music player, Zorica Cetkovic graduated in piano and cembalo at the Faculty of Music Art in Belgrade, where she also completed her post-graduate study. She was the finalist of the Yugoslav piano competition in Zagreb, as well as the international cembalo competition held in Paris where she received the Special prize for performance of a 20th Century piece. She performed in many European countries (France, Czech Republic, Belgium, England, Scotland, Greece, Germany) and the United States. As a soloist she performed with the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra and the chamber orchestras St. George Strings, Dusan Skovran and Pro Musica. She held a significant number of concerts in the role of a cembalist, accompanist and a member of a piano trio Musica da Camera. She has a full teaching status for chamber music and cembalo at the Faculty of Music Art in Belgrade. 18

8 th international piano competition davorin jenko DANICA GAVRILOVIĆ Osnovno i srednje muzičko obrazovanje završila je u Muzičkoj školi J. Slavenski u Beogradu, u klasi Dejana Markovića. U toku školovanja, osvojila je više nagrada na republičkim i saveznim takmičenjima i nastupala kao solista sa orkestrom škole. Uporedo sa violinom, učila je solo pevanje u klasi Branke Kambasković. Diplomirala je na Fakultetu muzičke umetnosti u Beogradu u klasi prof. Dejana Mihajlovića. Od 1989-1991. bila je koncertmajstor i solista Šibenskog kamernog orkestra (Hrvatska), uporedo se baveći pedagoškim radom. Dugi niz godina je radila kao profesor violine u muzičkoj školi D. Jenko u Beogradu, a 2008. prelazi u Školu za muzičke talente u Ćupriji, gde i danas radi. Bila je član žirija bila je na Republičkim takmičenjima, na Festivalu muzičkih škola Srbije, na Međunarodnom takmičenju u Italiji (Verbanja), na takmičenju mladih violinista u Lazarevcu, Mali virtuoz i Mladi virtuoz u Beogradu. Sa učenicima osvojila je brojne nagrade na domaćim i međunarodnim takmičenjima. Completed her primary and secondary music education at the school Josip Slavenski in Belgrade, with Dejan Markovic. She is the recipient of numerous awards both from national and international competitions. 19

8 th international piano competition davorin jenko LJUDMILA GROSS POPOVIĆ Rođena je u Kemerovu (Rusija). Školovana je na najboljim tradicijama ruske škole. Diplomirala je dirigovanje na Novosibirskom državnom konzervatorijumu Glinka, u klasi prof. B. Pevznera i magistrirala solo pevanje u klasi R. Žukove. Od 1981-1987 godine bila je solista kamernog hora Novosibirske filharmonije. Već tada se dokazuje kao dobar koncertni pevač, tumač lida i solističkih partija u vokalno-instrumentalnim delima. Kao solista kamernog hora nastupala je u najvećim koncertnim dvoranama Rusije. Snimila je dve LP ploče za rusku izdavačku kuću Melodija. Od 1988. godine živi u Beogradu. Nastupala je kao solista sa Horom i Orkestrom RTS-a, Beogradskom filharmonijom, kamernim orkestrima D. Skovran i Gudači Sv. Đorđa. Bila je član i solista ansambla Renesans. Imala je veoma zapažene nastupe na festivalima BEMUS, NOMUS, International Festival of Mmusic Delphi (Grčka), Internationales Festtage Alter Musik Stuttgart (Nemačka), Inerfest (Makedonija). Repertoar ove umetnice obuhvata vokalna-instrumentalna dela Baha, Hendla, Mozarta, Pergolezija, Vivaldija, Pulanka, R. Štrausa, Ravela, kao i solo pesme u velikom rasponu od muzike starih majstora, preko nemačkog lida i ruskih autora, do savremenih solo pesama. Njene nastupi zabeleženi i kao trajni snimci u video i tonskim arhivima RTS. Gostovala je u mnogim evropskim zemljama: Španiji, Austriji, Grčkoj, Nemačkoj, Italiji, Mađarskoj, Bugarskoj. Sarađivala je sa istaknutim dirigentima i muzičarima (Fedosejev, Minin, Dudarova, Sandekis, A. Kac, I. Spiller, M. Gorenstein, V. Rejmond, V. Minin, M. Jagust, V. Kranjcevic, L. Keler, B. Sudjic, N. Trul, V. Afanasjev). Redovni je profesor na katedri za Kamernu muziku i solo pevanje Fakulteta muzicke umetnosti u Beogradu. Gross-Popovic was born in Kemerovo (Russia). Her education included the best of traditions of the Russian school. She graduated at the Novosibirsk State Conservatory Glinka at the department for orchestra conducting with. Pevzner. She earned her Master Degree in singing with R Zhukova.From 1981 until 1987 she performed as a soloist of the chamber choir of the Novosibirsk Philharmonic orcherstra. Ever since she has been showing her talents as a concert singer, lied and solo parts interpreter in vocal-instrumental works. As a soloist of a chamber choir she gave concerts in major concert halls of Russia. She recorded two LP s for the Russian recording house Melodia.She has been living in Belgrade since 1988. She performed as a soloist with the Choir and Orchestra o rts, the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra, chamber orchestras Dusan Skovran and St. George Strings. She was a member and a soloist of the ensamble for early music Renaissance. She successfully performed at festivals BEMUS, nomus, International Festival of Music in Delphi (Greece), Internationale Festtage fuer Alte Musik in Stuttgart (Germany), Inerfest (Macedonia).The repertoire of this artist includes vocal-instrumental works of Bach, Haendl, Mozart, Pergolesi, Vivaldi, Poulenc, R. Strauss, Ravel as well as solo songs of every genre of music starting from early composers, through the German Lied and Russian authors, to the contemporary solo songs. Her performances have been recorded as permanent video and sound recordings in archives of rts.gross-popovic performed across Europe in Spain, Austria, Greece, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria. ZORAN DŽORLEV 8 th international piano competition davorin jenko Profesor violine i direktor DMBUC Ilija Nikolovski Luj u Skoplje. Diplomira u 1989. na skopskom Fakultetu muzičke umetnosti. Dugi niz godina bio je angažovan u orkestaru Makedonske opere i baleta, a poslednjih godina na mestu potpredsednika i koncert majstora. Učestvuje u radu Orkestra mladih, pod rukovodstvom prof. Fimca Muratovskog. Član je Makedonskog kamernog orkestra pod vođstvom maestra Vanča Čavdarskog, kao i niza drugih kamernih sastava i Makedonske filharmonije. Član je popularnog narodnog orkestara MRTV. Kao predsednik Upravnog odbora makedonske Opere i baleta učestvuje u konačnom definisanju programa rada. Sa svojim učenicima dobitnik je velikog broj nagrada na različitim takmičenjima, međunarodnog i državnog nivoa. Učestvovao je u izradi novog koncepta rada za osnovne muzičko i baletsko obrazovanje, kao i u izradi planova za srednje muzičko i baletsko obrazovanje. Bio je aktivni učesnik na seminarima M. Jašvili, V. Tretjakova, Cugaeva, Dejvida Kamhia, D. Mihajlovića, V. Dimcevskog i dr. Poslednjih nekoliko godina je vrlo poznat po svojim obradama makedonske narodne muzike, filmske i džez muzike. He worked for the orchestra of the Macedonian opera and ballet for several years. His last 3 years with the Orchestra were at the position of vicepresident and the concert maestro. He actively cooperated at the work of the Youth Chamber Orchestra, under the direction of prof. Maestro Fimco Muratovski. He has been a member of the Macedonian chamber orchestra under the direction of maestro Vanco Cavdarski, as well as a number of other chamber orchestras and the Macedonian Philharmonics. Moreover he is a member of the popular folk orchestra of mrtv. His work as the President of the Leding Committee of Macedonian Opera and Ballet enabled him to participate in decision making in regards to the programme and work of the institutions. Zoran Dzorlev is a recipient of numerous awards in different national and international competitions. He has participated in creating educational concepts for the work of music and ballet schools as well as creating curricula for secondary education in music and ballet schools. He participated at seminars with M. Jashvili, V. Tretiakov, Tsugaeva, David Kamhi, D. Mihajlovic, V. Dimcevski and others. The last couple of years made him famous for his remakes of Macedonian popular and folk compositions, movie and jazz music. 23

SVETLANA KUKOLJ Osnovno i srednje muzičko školovanje je završila u Muzičkoj školi Vojislav Vučković, u Beogradu, u klasi profesora Srđana Dimitrijevića. Studije na FMU u Beogradu je pohađala kod eminentne profesorke i pijanistkinje, Olge Jovanović. Tokom dvadesetogodišnje pedagoške karijere radila je u više beogradskih muzičkih škola, a poslednjih deset godina u školi Vojislav Vučković, u kojoj trenutno obavlja i poslove direktora. Njeni učenici su nastupali u svim beogradskim koncertnim salama i osvajali više od 60 nagrada na takmičenjima u zemlji (Memorijal Vojislav Vučković, Međunarodno takmičenje Davorin Jenko, Pijanističko takmičenje Art klub Šabac, Međunarodno takmičenje mladih muzičara Petar Konjović, Takmičenju pijanista u Nišu, takmičenjima u organizaciji Epte, na Festivalu i Republičkom takmičenju muzičkih škola Srbije), i inostranstvu, među kojima laureatska odličja u Parizu (Nikolay Rubinstein Competition), Italiji, Češkoj... Completed her elementary and secondary music education at Music School Dr Vojislav Vučković in Belgrade, with Prof. Srdjan Dimitrijević. She studied at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade with the eminent professor and pianist Olga Jovanović.During her twenty-year long pedagogical career, she has been teaching in a number of music schools in Belgrade and, for the last ten years, she has been working at Music School Dr Vojislav Vučković on the positions of both a teacher and the headmaster. Her students have performed in all Belgrade concert halls and won more than 60 prizes both at the local competitions ( Vojislav Vučković Memorial, Davorin Jenko International Competition, Šabac Art klub Piano Competition, International Competition of Young Musicians Petar Konjović, Niš Piano Competition, competitions organized by Epta, the Festival and Republic Competition of Music and Ballet Schools of Serbia) and abroad, among which there are laureate awards from Paris (Nikolay Rubinstein Competition), Italy, Czech Republic etc. 24

8 th international piano competition davorin jenko milica vukobrat Osnovnu muzičku školi završila je u Kruševcu, u klasi Snežane Miletić, srednju u Beogradu, u klasi Vere Tadžić, a diplomirala na Akademiji umetnosti u Novom Sadu, u klasi prof. Andreje Pregera. Kao profesor klavira i klavirski saradnik, započinje svoj pedagoški u muzičkoj školi Isidor Bajić u Novom Sadu (1983). Od 1986. radi u muzičkoj školi Josip Slavenski, gde sa svojim učenicima osvaja veliki broj nagrada u zemlji i inostranstvu. Trenutno je direktor Baletske škole u Novom Sadu. Bila je član žirija na Festivalu Bahove muzike u Beogradu, Republičkom takmičenju učenika muzičkih i baletskih škola Srbije, pijanističkom takmičenju Slavenski u Novom Sadu (čiji je osnivač i direktor), kao i državnog takmičenja mladih muzičara Republike Slovenije. Snimala je za nacionalnu televiziju Srbije i Televiziju Novi Sad. Received her first music education in Krusevac and Belgrade, and graduated at the Accademy of Arts in Novi Sad with Andreja Preger. She has started her work as a piano professor at the music school Isidor Bajic in Novi Sad. Since 1986 she has been teaching at the music school Josip Slavenski, where her pupils received many national and international awards. At present she holds the position of the schoolmaster of the Ballet school in Novi Sad. She was a jury member at several national competitions and the pianist competition Slavenski in Novi Sad (of whom she is a founder and a director), as well as the National competition of young musicians of the Republic of Slovenia. Her performances include recordings for the national network and the Television Novi Sad. SUZANA NOVAKOVIĆ U Muzičkoj školi Dr Vojislav Vučković u Beogradu završila je uporedo klavir (u klasi Gordane Nikolić) i teoretski odsek. Fakultet muzičke umetnosti završava u Skoplju, u klasi Jasminke Čakar. Usavršavala na majstorskim kursevimatimakina i Krpana, a kao pedagog u Muzičkoj školi u Nišu i na mnogim drugim (Gadžijev, Valdma, Trbojević, Bogino, Ogarkov, Serdar). Bila je u organizacionom odboru i žiriju mnogih takmičenja i festivala. Sa svojim učenicima osvojila je veliki broj nagrada na takmičenjima u zemlji i inostranstvo. Her further education includes participation at the master classes of Timakin and Krpan and later she participated at courses held by Gadziev, Valdma, Trbojevic, Bogino, Ogarkov, Serdar to name a few. She has been a jury and committee member of numerous competitions and festivals. Her students are recipients of significant number of awards at national and international competitions. 25
