The Jury DEJAN PREŠIČEK Diplomirao je saksofon na Visokoj akademiji za muziku u Frankfurtu. Usavršavao se kod Jean- Marie Londeixa u Bordou. On je koosnivač i član Tria Slavka Osterca i kvarteta 4SAXESS. Kao solista i kamerni muzičar, svirao je na mnogim festivalima (u Ljubljani, Strazburu, Majncu, Kelnu, Minhenu, Varšavi), kao i u koncertnim dvoranama širom Evrope (London, Pariz, Berlin, Beč, Lisabon, Beograd, Zagreb), zatim u Kanadi, SAD, Brazilu i na Tajlandu. Nastupao je kao solista sa mnogim orkestrima i uspešno sarađivao sa istaknutim kompozitorima. Snimao je za radio i televizijske stanice u zemlji i inostranstvu (BBC London, Bayerischer Rundfunk, Duetschlandradio, SWR Stuttgart, SWR Baden Baden, Radio Lisabon, RTV Srbija, RTV Slovenija) i bio je uključen u snimanje brojnih CD izdanja. Od 2001. je suosnivač i predsednik Muzičkog društva Ansambl Slavka Osterca. Godine 2003, sa Matjažom Drevenšekom i Milkom Lazara je suosnivač slovenačkog društva Saksofonija. Dejan Prešiček deluje kao vršilac dužnosti direktora Konzervatorijumu za muziku i balet u Ljubljani, gde predaje saksofon i kamernu muziku. Od 2009 on je počasni saradnik i predavač na Muzičkoj akademiji u Ljubljani. Graduated at the Music academy in Frankfurt and upgraded his education in Bordeauxu with Jean-Marie Londeixa. He is a member and cofounder of Slavko Osterc Trio and the ensemble 4SAXESS. As a solo artist and chamber musician, he performs at various concerts and festivals in Slovenia and abroad (Europe, Canada, USA, Brazil, Thailand) and has been recording for major radio and TV stations in Europe. He has participated in recordings of numerous compact disks as a soloists or within ensembles. Since 2001 he is cofounder and president of Ensemble Slavko Osterc music society. In 2003, with Matjažom Drevenšek and Milko Lazara, he has founded the society of saxophone players of Slovenia Saksofonija. In the recent years he is on the positions of both a teacher and the headmaster of Conservatory of Music and Ballet Ljubljana. The Jury ŽELJKO VLAHO 34 International Competition Davorin Jenko Diplomirao je kompoziciju u klasi Vojina Komadine (1987). Tri godine bio je asistent na Muzičkoj akademiji u Podgorici za predmete harmonija i harmonska analiza. Usavršavao se na specijalističkim studijima kod Krzysztofa Pendereckog i Luciana Beria u Rimu. Bio je član ocjenjivačkih komisija na međunarodnim takmičenjima u organizaciji Međunarodne zajednice Umjetnost i obrazovanje XXI stoljeća u Makarskoj i na Madeiri (Portugalija). Trenutno je direktor Muzičke škole u Makarskoj (Hrvatska) i predavač na Fakultetu prirodoslovnih matematičkih i odgojnih znanosti Sveučilišta u Mostaru (Bosna i Hercegovina). He graduated in 1987 at the department for composition with Vojin Komadina. He worked as assistant at the Departmen of Harmony and Harmony analysis at the Music Academy of Podgorica. He continued his artistic improvement by attending specialistic studies at Krzysztof Penderecki and Luciano Berio in Rome. He was a member of the jury at international competitions organized by the International Community Art and education of the 21st century in Makarska and Madeira (Portugal). At present he has been holding the position of the headmaster of the Music Schoo Makarska (Croatia) and a teacher at the Faculty of natural-mathematic and educational sciences of the University in Mostar (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
KATARINA AZANJAC Zadojena je zvucima flaute od samog rođenja pored svog oca flautiste i dugogodišnjeg profesora FMU u Beogradu Miodraga Azanjca, što rezultira neminovnošću njenog životnog i profesionalnog opredeljenja kao flautiste i pedagoga. Tokom školovanja osvajala je brojne prve i specijalne nagrade na brojnim takmičenjima u zemlji. Bila je član je kamernog ansambla Hor flauta i tokom osamnaest godina sa njim ostvarila velliki broj koncerata i trajnih snimaka za RTS i Radio Beograd. Sa istim ansamblom, u izdanju PGP-a ima snimljena dva CD-a, od kojih jedan dupli. Svoj pedagoški rad je istinski i neraskidivo utkala u život, razvoj i napredak mladih muzičkih talenata, o čemu svedoče postignuti rezultati. Sa svojim učenicima osvojila je veliki broj nagrada u disciplinama flauta i kamerna muzika. Born in Belgrade. She was cradled in the sounds of the flute from the very birth by her flute-playing father and long-time professor at the Faculty of music arts in Belgrade Miodrag Azanjac, which necessarily resulted in her vocation as a flute-player and pedagogue. During her school days she won numerous first prizes and special awards in numerous competitions. For 18 years she has been a member of the chamber ensemble Flute Choir under the management of her futher and with them made over two hundred concerts, as well as 60 hours of sound recordings for radio television of Serbia and Radio Belgrade. Her work is inextricably interwoven with her life and with the development of young musical talents, which is evident from her results. The Jury IVAN JELIĆ 36 International Competition Davorin Jenko Osnovno i srednje muzičko obrazovanje stekao je u muzičkoj školi u Nišu. Po završetku srednje muzičke škole upisuje Fakultet muzičke umetnosti u Beogradu, gde je diplomirao na odseku za obou u klasi Ljubiše Petruševskog. Od 1975. redovni je član Niškog simfonijskog orkestra, na mestu prvog oboiste. Član je duvačkog kvinteta i kamernog tria sa kojima je imao veliki broj nastupa. Jedan od najznačajnijih uspeha je prvo mesto osvojeno na Internacionalnom takmičenju solista u Langolenu (Velika Britanija) 1977. Saradjivao je sa istaknutim dirigentima (M. Jagušt, S. Šepić, S. Zaninović, J. Ferik, V. Čavdarski, P. Petrovski, R. Milosavljević). Kao profesor oboe i kamerne muzike sa svojim učenicima osvaja brojne nagrade na festivalima i takmičenjima. Od 1995. radi kao dirigent niškog kamernog orkestra Carica Teodora, koji beleži mnogobrojne nastupe sa eminentnim solistima: Ljubiša Jovanović, Ištvan Varga, Vladimir Valjarević, Dragan Lazić, Milica Micić. Profesor na predmetu kamerna muzika na Fakultetu umetnosti u Nišu. He completed the elementary and secondary school in Niš and graduated at the Faculty for Music Art in Belgrade with Ljubisa Petrusevski. Since 1975 he has been a member of Nis Symphony Orchestra, as a pricipal oboist. He has also been performing as a member of the wind quintet and the chamber trio with whom he had many successful performances across Serbia. One of his gratests achievements was the first prize at the International soloist competition in Langolen (Great Britain) in 1977. He has collaborated with renowned directors (M. Jagušt, S. Šepić, S. Zaninović, J. Ferik, V. Čavdarski, P. Petrovski, R. Milosavljević). Apart from the work with symphony orchestras, he has been teaching oboe and chamber music. His students have won numerous prizes at the festivals and national competitions. Jelic has been working as a director of the city chamber orchestra Carica Teodora performing with renowned artists Ljubiša Jovanović, Ištvan Varga, Vladimir Valjarević, Dragan Lazić. To date he has been a professor of chamber music at the Faculty of Art in Niš.
BRANISLAV GAGIĆ Pohađao osnovnu i srednju muzičku školu Josif Marinković u Zrenjaninu, u klasi Tapai Vendela, a studirao FMU u Beogradu u klasi Vinka Valečića. Učestvovao je u radu mnogobrojnih kamernih ansambala i orkestara (Vojvođanska omladinska filharmonija, Filharmonija mladih Borislav Pašćan, Međunarodna omladinska fiharmonija u Pečuju, Beogradska filharmonija, Gradski duvački orkestar Zrenjanin, Operski orkestar SNP Novi Sad). Kao solista nastupao u svim većim gradovima bivše Jugoslavije. Predavao je limene duvačke instrumente u muzičkoj školi u Požarevcu, Isidor Bajić u Novom Sadu, a poslednjih desetak godina predaje u muzičkoj školi Josif Marinković u Zrenjaninu. Njegovi učenici učestvuju i postižu značajne rezultate na brojinim republičkim i međunarodnim takmičenjima. Intenzivno radi na propagiranju limenih duvačkih instrumenata u svom okruženju. Predsednik je Udruženja duvačkih orkestara Vojvodine i predstavnik Srbije u Svetskoj asocijaciji duvačkih orkestara WASSBE. Went to primary and secondary music school in Zrenjanin, in the class of Tapai Vendel, and studied at the Faculty of Music Arts Belgrade in the class of Vinko Valečić. He participated in the works of numerous chamber and orchestras. As a soloist he performed in all major cities of former Yugoslavia. He performed with Zrenjanin Chamber Orchestra and Chamber Orchestra of Novi Sad. He taught brass instruments in Požarevac, Novi Sad and in the last ten years he has been teaching in musical school in Zrenjanin. His students have been participating and achieving significant results in numerous state and international competitions. He has been working intensely on promoting brass instruments in his environment. The Jury VLADIMIR PAVLOVIĆ 38 International Competition Davorin Jenko Rodjen je u Beogradu, gde je počeo da uči violončelo u muzičkoj školi Stanković. Ood 1992. boravi na studijama na Akademiji Gnesin u Moskvi, u klasi Galljine Zubarjeve i kasnije Borisa Talalaja (Rostropovičevog asistenta). Po povratku u Srbiju, magistrira ma Akademiji umetnosti u Novom Sadu kod Imre Kalmana. Osvojio je više nagrada na nacionalnim i medjunarodnim takmičenjima. Redovno nastupa kao solista i kamerni muzičar u najznačajnijim koncertnim dvoranama u zemlji i inostranstvu (Nemačka, Grčka, Rusija, Engleska, Belgija). Veoma je naklonjen kamernom muziciranju. Bio je solista ansambla Pro Classica, Zemunskog kamernog orkestra, ansambla Danubius, tria Tok, Weissburg i Belanima. Kao član Evropske filharmonije 2000. godine nastupao je na turneji po Nemačkoj. Predaje gudački kvartet na Akademiji umetnosti u Novom Sadu i violončelo na Univerzitetu Slobomir u Bosni i Hercegovini. Born in Belgrade where he commenced playing cello at the Stankovich School of music. In 1992 he continued studies in Moscow, at Gnesin Academy with Galina Zubareva and subsequently with Boris Talalay (assistant of Rostropovich). He returns to Serbia to obtain M.A. Degree at Academy of arts in Novi Sad with Imre Kalman. Winner of numerous national and international prizes, he has been regularly performing as soloist and chamber musician. Ha has performed at the main concert halls in Serbia, as well as in Germany, Greece, Russia, United Kingdom and Belgium. He is in a great demand as a chamber musician. He was a soloist of Chamber orchestra Pro Classica, cello leader and soloist of Zemun Chamber Orchestra, as well as member of trio Tok, ensemble Danubius, trio Weissburg and trio Belanima. In 2000 he has toured througout Germany as a member of European Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra. He is teaching string quartet at Academy of Arts in Novi Sad and is teaching cello at the University of Slobomir in Bosnia and Hercegovina.
ALEKSA VASIĆ Rodjen je u Beogradu, gde je završio je srednju muzičku školu na odsecima za violinu i solo-pevanje. Diplomirao je i završavio specijalističke studije na FMU u Beogradu, u klasi Radmile Smiljanić. Sa umetničkim ansamblom vojske Srbije Stanislav Binički nastupa na velikom broju koncerata kao član hora i kao solista. Sa operskim studijom FMU, u Narodnom pozorištu u Beogradu, u operi i pozorištu Madlenianum i lutkarskom pozorištu Pinokio nastupa u glavnim ulogama u operama Logara, Mocarta, Pučinija i Verdija. Predstavljao je Srbiju na proslavi 4 veka opere u Parizu 2005. Na međunarodnom takmičenju Muzičke Omladine u Beogradu 2008. godine osvojio je treću nagradu. Trenutno je na doktorskim akademskim studijama na odseku za kamernu muziku u klasi profesorke Ljudmile Gros Popović. Radi kao profesor solo pevanja u muzičkoj školi Davorin Jenko. Born in Belgrade, where he has finished music high school for violin and solo singing. He graduated at the Faculty of the music art in Belgrade with Radmila Smiljanić. He performed main roles in oparas of Logar, Mozart, Verdi, Puccini with operatic studio of Faculty of music arts in Belgrade, in the Belgrade National Theater, in the Zemun opera Madlenianum and puppet theater Pinokio. He was the only representer of young operatic artists from Serbia at the celebration of four centuries of opera in Paris (2005). At the International Juenesses Musicales competition 2008 he won the 3rd price. From 2006-2008 he was a scholarship holder of CEE- Musictheater from Vienna. Works as a solo singing teacher in the music school Davorin Jenko in Belgrade. At the moment he is on PHD studies for chamber music on the Faculty of music arts in Belgrade under Ljudmila Gross Popović. wind instruments competition 2012
