8 SAJAMSKI PRAVILNIK - UGOVOR O IZLAGANJU 1. OPĆE ODREDBE Pravo sudjelovanja na saju iaju sve fizičke i pravne osobe s područja Republike Hrvatske i iz inozestva koje uredno popune i na vrijee dostave potpisanu i ovjerenu službenu prijavnicu za sudjelovanje, koja je sastavni dio Ugovora o izlaganju. Ova prijavnica istodobno predstavlja dvostrani ugovor koji eđusobno obvezuje stranke na izvršenje. Potpiso prijavnice izlagač potvrđuje sudjelovanje na saju i prihvaća sve uvjete i cijene organizatora. 2. PRIJAVA Prijavnico o sudjelovanju na saju izlagač i organizator piseno zaključuju ugovor o zakupu izložbenog prostora i dodatnih potreba. Prijavnica je neopoziva i obvezuje izlagača i organizatora. Organizator pridržava diskrecijsko pravo da saostalno i konačno odluči o prihvaćanju svake pojedinačne prijave,teda -uroku7 danaodprijea-obavijestiizlagača onjezinou eventuaino neprihvaćanju. Sve prijave za izlaganje odnose se sao na prijavljene tvrtke. Prijavljeni izlagač nea ovlasti drugoj fizičkoj ilipravnoj osobi davati upodzakup ustupljeni u izložbeni prostor, a ukolikotoipakučini,bitćeisključen sa saja uznaplatudvostrukog iznosa naknadeza sudjelovanje na saju. U izložbeno prostoru izlagač ia pravo izlagati sao artikle i proovirati partnere kojih je proizvođač ili ovlašteni zastupnik. Pored toga, izlagač na saju ože izlagati isključivo opreui proizvode kojejenaznačio uprijavnici,dosljednosepridržavajući odredaba izprijavnice i Ugovora oizlaganju, uzobvezu da najkasnije 14dana prijeodržavanja saja organizatoru dostavi na odobrenje popis usluga koje najerava pružiti i eksponata koje ia najeru izlagati. 3. IZLOŽBENI PROSTOR Organizator nudi izlagačia uređeni i neuređeni izložbeni prostor, a izlagač ože u piseno obliku naručiti i dodatnu opreu, za što će u organizator ispostaviti račun. U slučaju da izlagač sa izvodi poslove uređuje prostora, dužan je pridržavati se propisa o tehničkoj zaštiti, te uputa organizatora, kao i standarda uobičajenih za sajove. Izlagači se obvezuju koristiti zakupljeni prostor takodaneoetaju radorganizatora,ostalihkorisnika usluga,tj.izlagača preostale opree i posjetitelja. Izlagač je dužan sve izložbene eksponate (plovila, opreu, otore i sl.) dopreiti najanje 48 sati prije službenog otvaranja saja, a ukoliko iste ne dopreite u spoenuto roku, a o razlozia ne podnese piseno obrazloženje,organizator je,računajući od tog trenutka, ovlaštenslobodnoraspolagatiustupljeniprostorobezdodatnihobjašnjenjaizlagaču.navedeno pravo uključuje ovlasti pražnjenja prostora i njegovo nesetano ustupanje treće korisniku, a izlagačeva je dužnost da organizatoru isplati nadoknadu u puno iznosu za sve dane trajanja cijelog saja, kao i da podiri troškove pražnjenja prostora od unesenih stvari. Ukoliko izlagač u propisano roku od 30dana uoči održavanja saja naruči uređeni izložbeni prostor, organizator se obvezuje izlagaču predati štand te dodatnu opreu najkasnije 12 sati prije početka saja, a priključke električne struje i vode 2 sata prije njegova otvaranja. S druge strane, izlagač se po završetku saja obvezuje organizatoru predati štand i dodatnu opreu u stanju u kakvo ihje zapriio, dok je-uprotivno-dužan organizatoru nadoknaditi svu štetukoju nanese uprostoru i na angažiranoj dodatnoj oprei.pored toga izlagač jedužan napustiti sajaski prostor,teukloniti sve izložbene eksponate najkasnije 24 sata po službeno zatvaranju saja, dok- u protivno - organizatorpridržava pravouklanjanja stvariotroškuizlagača.sva kaizjena uređenogizložbenog prostora odstrane izlagača treba bitinajavljena organizatoru upiseno obliku, dokorganizator pridržava diskrecijsko pravo istoprihvatitiiiiodbiti.ukolikoizlagač odstupi odtogpravila iii ukoliko neovlašteno proširiustupljeni izložbeni prostor onikojiunijedodijeljennakorištenje odstrane organizatora,organizatoriapravozatvoritiprostor,iznjegauklonitiizlagača,tepovrhpodirenog troška izlaganja, ispustiti račun za nastalu štetu.stranke su suglasne daće, uslučaju neovlaštenog proširenja izložbenog prostora odstraneizlagača,organizatorzaračunatirazlikuizeđunaručenei stvarnokorištenepovršineobračunati udvostruko veće iznosupocijenidvostruko većojodonog istaknuteu siužbeno cjeniku.organizatorzadržava pravodazbognepred- Organizator / Organizer: BOAT SHOW d.o.o. SAJAMSKI KATALOG Sajaska prijavnica sadržava i naknadu za obvezan upis u sajaski katalog, čie izlagač stječe pravo na jednu oglasnu stranicu u boji u katalogu. Izlagač je dužan dostaviti gotovu grafičku pripreu, poštujući tehničke standarde koje propisuje organizator, najkasnije dana prije održavanja saja,jer u protivno gubi pravo na objavu oglasne stranice, koja će u svejedno biti naplaćena.organizator se obvezuje u sajasko katalogu navesti generalne podatke oizlagaču, te o svi proizvodia, zastupstvia i uslugaa koje izlagač navodi u prijavnici. 5. OTKAZ SUDJELOVANJA Ukolikoizlagač piseno predložipovlačenje svoje prijave osudjelovanju, organizator saostaino odlučuje o spoenuto povlačenju. Stranke, tj. organizator i izlagač, suglasno prihvaćaju da organizator neprihvaća otkaze podnesene urazdoblju od60dana iiianje odpočetka održavanja saja,tedaćeistiuto slučajupodnositelju prijavefakturirati100%iznosa navedenog uprijavnici. Ukolikoizlagač predloži povlačenje svoje prijave urazdobljuod60iliviše dana prijepočetka saja, a organizatorto povlačenje prihvati, stranke su suglasne da će organizator naplatiti 50%od iznosa naznačenog u prijavnici. 6. CIJENE, UVJETI I NAČIN PLAĆANJA Potpiso oveprijavnice izlagač prihvaća cijeneizlaganja i obveznetroškove navedene uprijavnici. Cijene su navedene u euria, a plaćanje se vrši u kunaa, po srednje tečaju Hrvatske narodne bankenadanispostave računa.na svenavedenecijeneobračunava sepdv.svi računi ispostavljeni od strane organizatora oraju se podiriti najkasnije dana prije početka održavanja saja. Izlagač je upoznat i suglasan s pravo organizatora saja da svoje potraživanje prea izlagaču ustupi na iskup prije roka dospijeća (najviše 1 dana od dana prijave) factoring društvu s koji ia zaključen ugovor o factoringu pod uvjetia iz tog ugovora. Izlagač prihvaća obvezu da za slučaj ustupanja potraživanja factoring društvu, istoe dostavi svu potrebnu dokuentaciju. Organizator uživa pravo retencije, tj.zadržavanja predeta izlagača, te prodaje stvari uslučaju da uroku od30dana izlagač ne nairi dug i pravo konačnog nairenja svojih potraživanja od utrška ostvarenog takvo prodajo. 7. PROMJENA TERMINA I MJESTA ODRŽAVANJA SAJMA Projena terina održavanja, dakle skraćivanje, produživanje, privreeno zatvaranje (djeloično ili u cjelosti) ili odgoda terina zbog nepredvidljivih okolnosti, ne povlači za sobo pravoizlagača nanadoknadu šteteodorganizatora.organizatorjeutoslučajuobvezan štohitnije obavijestiti izlagače o navedenoj projeni i novo terinu održavanja saja. 8. OSIGURANJE Osiguranje svih plovila i drugih izložaka na saju u isključivoj je obvezi izlagača, te organizator ne odgovara za štetu na plovilia, oprei ili drugi eksponatia nastalu djelovanje više sile, vreenskih nepogoda ilidrugih faktora.tijeko saja i angažiranja prostora izlagač jeza radnog vreena saja, osobno ili pute svog zastupnika, dužan neprekidno boraviti u prostoru vodeći brigu o svi izlošcia i oprei o vlastito trošku, sti da organizator ne odgovara za bilo kakav oblik štete ili gubitka na stvaria i oprei u vlasništvu ili naju izlagača, nastalu zbog nepažnje, krađe, požara i slično, unutar prostora održavanja saja. Izlagači koji izlažu plovila na oru dužni su preko noći osigurati dežurstvo osobe osposobljene za upravljanje izloženi plovilia, koja bi u slučaju vreenskih neprilika ili drugih nepredviđenih okolnosti osigurala brzu intervenciju i evakuaciju iz sajaskog prostora. Izlagač je također dužan posebnu pažnju posvetiti oprei ili drugi eksponatia koji takvu pažnju zahtijevaju jer spadaju u kategoriju lako zapaljivih ili na drugi način opasnih stvari, te ukoliko bi zbog njih - ili na bilo koji drugi način - krivnjo izlagača nastala šteta organizatoru,izlagačjujeobvezan nadoknaditi sukladnoračunukojićeuispostaviti organizator. 9. RADNO VRIJEME SAJMA Radno vrijee saja za posjetitelje je svaki dano od 10do 19 sati, osi na dan otvaranja, kad traje od 12 do 19 sati, te posljednjega dana saja, kada traje od l0do 18sati. Organizator ože saostalno produžiti radno vrijee jednoga sajaskog dana,očeu će pravodobno obavijestiti izlagače. Predstavnik tvrtke izlagača dužan je pojaviti se u izložbeno prostoru najanje četvrt sata prije početka radnog vreena saja i napustiti svoj izložbeni prostor najranije četvrt sata nakon isteka radnog vreena saja. 10. DIREKTNA PRODAJA, PREZENTACIJE I DRUGI DOGAĐAJI ZA VRIJEME SAJMA Za direktnu prodaju svojih proizvoda izlagač je dužan pribaviti sva odobrenja i ispuniti sve uvjete u skladu s pozitivni zakonski propisia, te - uz popis proizvoda koje najerava prodavati tijeko saja-zatražitii pisenu suglasnost organizatora. Sveprezentacije, ilidrugidogađaji koje izlagač želi organizirati unutar svoga sajaskog prostora, oraju se prethodno piseno najaviti organizatoru, koji saostalno odlučuje o odobravanju njihovog održavanja. 11. SLUŽBENE PROPUSNICE Organizator će izlagaču izdati određen broj službenih propusnica, koji će ovisiti o površini zakupljenog prostora. Pravila oizdavanju i upotrebi službenih akreditacija donosi organizator,a o njia obavještava izlagača. Službena propusnica izdaje se na ie osobe koju akreditira izlagač i kojajenjezinjediniovlaštenikorisnik.ukolikodođedozlouporabe,organizatorožepovućiizdanu službenu propusnicu, a osoba koja ju je zlouporabila trajno će se udaljiti sa saja. 12. FOTOGRAFIJE, AUDIO, VIDEO ZAPISI I REKLAMNI MATERIJAL Organizator je tijeko saja ovlašten nesetano fotografirati te izrađivati druge vrste video i audio zapisa u ustupljeni izložbeni prostoria i koristiti ih za vlastite i opće potrebe. Izlagači se,u to pogledu,odričubilo kakvih autorskih prava i potraživanja,a sai neaju ovlasti za takva snianja bezposebnog odobrenjaorga nizatora,osiunutarvlastitog izložbenogprostora.izlagač je ovlašten svoj reklani aterijal stavljati na raspolaganje posjetiteljia sao unutar prostora kojijezakupio, dokće-uprotivno -organizator zaplijeniti iukloniti sav reklani aterijal izlagača koji se nađe izvan njegovog štanda. 13. ČIŠĆENJE IZLOŽBENIH PROSTORA Organizator preuzia briguokočišćenja sajaskih prolaza, ulaza i drugih površina kojezajednički koriste svi izlagači i posjetitelji. Čišćenje štandova, plovila i eksponata isključiva je obveza izlagača. Na teelju pisene narudžbe, organizator izlagaču ožepružitiuslugu čišćenja štandova,za koju će u ispostaviti račun. 14. ZAVRŠNE ODREDBE U slučaju spora proizašlog iz nepridržavanja ili različitog tuačenja odredaba ovog Ugovora, tj. Prijavnice, organizator i izlagač sporazuno ugovaraju jesnu nadležnost suda u Splitu. Potpis i pečat izlagača: OBAVEZNO PEČATIRATI EVENT / EXPOSITION CONTRACT 1. GENERAL GUIDELINES AII physical and legal persons, residents of the Republic of Croatia and foreign countries, who properly coplete and subit an event registration for by the specified deadlines, will qualify for entrance to the event and its venue. The event s registration for/application represents a bilateral contract that utually binds the respective contracting parties and its effective execution. By signing the event registration/contract for, the exhibitor coits to and confirs their participation in the event or exhibition and accepts/agrees to the financial ters and event regulations as specified by the event organizer. The exhibitor and its official representative(s), confir they are the responsible party whose signature affirs their understanding of, coitent to and acceptance of this contract. 2. REGISTRATION By the exhibitor s subission of this signed contract/registration for, and the event organizer s acceptance, both parties enter a written contractual agreeent expressing the specified ters for lease of exhibition space, and associated support services and aterials, requested by the exhibitor. Upon the registration s subission and acceptance, both the exhibitor and event organizer are irrevocably bound to the ters of this contract. The event organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deterine the suitability, approval and acceptance of each subitted registration for. Should for any reason the organizer find the exhibitor registration application not suitable for acceptance to exhibit at the event the organizer is obligated to notify such potential exhibitor of its findings within 7 days of receipt of the registration/application. The registration and application to exhibit at the event by the exhibitor is exclusively liited to the fir, organization or individual naed on the contract. The naed and accepted exhibitor is strictly prohibited, for any reason, fro leasing, sub-leasing or lending their contracted exhibition space to any other fir, organization or individual entity. Should the organize at its own discretion, find the exhibitor inviolation of these ters, the organizer reserves the right to iediately reove or evict the registered exhibitor fro the event. As a penalty and to recover expenses, the organizer reserves the right to beco pensated, by the exhibitor inviolation, in the aount equal to twice the irrespective contractual fees. The exhibitor agrees to exhibit, deonstrate and sell only the products and services they have listed on the event registration for. Additionally, exhibitor dealers, agents or third party assigned representatives of anufacturers, ust be authorized or approved agents of the products respective anufacturers or designers. lt is a requireent, and responsibility of the exhibitor to subit a detailed listing of products and services to be exhibited, for approval by the organizer at least 14 days prior to the first day of the event exhibition. Product registration and exhibition ust strictly confor to General Show Regulations and Lease of Exhibition Space guidelines. 3. EXHIBITION SPACE The organizer offers the exhibitors liited flexibility with regard to exhibition space arrangeent, design and configuration. The exhibitor ay, at their option, lease a space fully configured by the organizer including requests for additional equipent, services and aenities that ay typically not be listed or actively offered. Upon acceptance and approval of a written order for aspecified configuration and equipent required, the organizer will at that tie issue an invoice for payent. The exhibitor ay aiso opt to furnish/equipand configure the exhibition space under their own direction and resources. Should this option be chosen, the exhibitor agrees to strictly coply within the regulations prescribed by the organizer including, but not liited to, eeting ali technical and associated safety specification and requireents typically associated with siilar exhibitions. The exhibitor agrees and assures all responsibility to configure and utilize the leased space in a anner so as not to obstruct, intrude upon or affect, in any anner, other exhibitor s or the organizer s ability to function, or in any anner restrict the visitors ability to view or access any portion of the entire venue. The exhibitor assues all logistical responsibility regarding delivery of the irrespective products to be displayed. All vessels, products and associated equipent ust be in their designated display positions at least 48 hours prior to the opening tie on the first day of the exhibition. Should the exhibitor fail to coply with this deadline, the organizer requires a written explanation fro the exhibitor as to the reasons far the non-copliance. Should the exhibitor fail to previde a written explanation of non-copliance, the organizer reserves the right to reove the exhibitors display and associated equipent, without further cause, notification or explanation. A non-copliant exhibitor will be required to satisfy ali financial agreeents, for the entire duration of the event as specified by the contract including any and all expenses the organizer ay incur that are associated with the reoval of such non-copliant exhibitor. The organizer also reserves the right to lease the sae vacated exhibition space to another qualified exhibitor. Providing that the exhibitor coplies with the iniu 30 day, prior to start of event notice for request of exhibition space, the organizer will previde and ake available the exhibition space no later than 18 hours prior to starting tie of the event. Additionally, the organizer will provide electrical power connection and water Iine access no later than 2 hours prior to starting tie of the event. Upon conclusion of the event the exhibitor agrees to return the exhibition space and related equipent in sae condition the exhibitor initially received it. Should any daage to the leased equipent be assessed at the conclusion of the event or when the exhibitor vacates the exhibition space, the exhibitor or registered fir accepts responsibility to pay for daage and losses to their leased exhibition space and its associated equipent.the exhibitor agrees to vacate the exhibition space, including all products and ites belonging to the exhibitor, no later than 24 hours fro the official closing of the last day of the event. Should any exhibitor ites reain beyond the 24 hour period, the organizer reserves the right to reove such ites at the exhibitor s expense. Any plans or intent by the exhibitor to odify the exhibition paraeters, enclosures or equipent that has been provided or configured by the organizer ust be counicated, in writing, to the organizer. The organizer at its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject, to any degree, any odifications. Should the exhibitor not coply with the approval procedures, expand the space utilized beyond the paraeters as specified in the Wcontract without prior approval fro the organizer or occupy an exhibition space not assigned in their respective contract the organizer reserves the right to reove or evict the exhibitor fro the exhibition space it occupies. ln such a case, the exhibitor would be liable to pay, to the organizer the exhibition fee for the entire duration of the event in addition to cost associated with eviction and any costs a rising fro consequential daages, reai or iplied. The exhibitor agrees, that should their use of exhibition space extend beyond their respective paraeters or boundaries, as specified and agreed in their respective contract the exhibitor will be required to pay double the quoted rate for the additional space utilized. ln case of unforeseen or exceptional circustances, the organizer reserves the right to change or alter the location or size of any exhibition space specified in the contract but would offer and previde an alternative location of varying size. 4. CATALOGUE The registration fee includes a listing of all exhibitors in the event catalogue, including the general data the exhibitors have provided on the registration for such as products, services and other relevant inforation. Also included in the registration fee is a full-page color advertiseent for each exhibitor. The exhibitor is responsible for providing coplete and finai art docuents, coplying with in organizer print specifications, at least days prior to the first day of the event. Should the exhibitor not deliver the finai art docuents by the deadline, or to print specifications, the organizer would withdraw the offer to publish a free advertiseent.the exhibitor ay however request a full-page advertiseent after the deadline but would be invoiced for its publication. 5. CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL Should the exhibitor notify, in writing, the organizer of their intent to cancel or withdraw fro the event after signing the contract, the organizer at its sole discretion, will deterine the validity of the exhibitor s reasoning and what options or reedies would be taken. lf the exhibitor notifies the organizer : in writing, at least 60 days prior to the first day of the event the organizer reserves the right to invoice the exhibitor in the aount of fifty percent (50%) of the fees specified in the exhibitor s respective registration/contract. The exhibitor understands, and agrees, that the organizer is not required to acceptor recognize subitted cancellations or withdrawals subitted less than 60 days prior to the first day of the event. Should the exhibitor notify the organizer whether written or verbal, less than 60 days prior to the first day of the event the organizer reserves the right to invoice the exhibitor for the full aount (100%) of the fees specified in the exhibitor s respective registration/contract. 6. FINANCIAL TERMS By signing the contract/registration for, the exhibitor states that they understand, accept and agree to the quoted fees and financial ters as specified in the contract/registration. The fees are quoted in EUR while the effective payent is ade in kunas (the Croatian currency), at the ean exchange rate as quoted by the Narodna Banka Hrvatske (National Bank of Croatia) on the date an invoice is generated. PDV (i.e. VAT) is additional and NOT inclusive of quoted fees, costs or prices. AII invoices issued by the organizer ust be settled at least days prior to the first day of the event. lf the organizer is prepared to accept payent of all expenses of an exhibitor via a factoring copany before payent due date (axiu 1 days befare application subitting), the exhibitor hereby agrees to such payent and declares ready to prepare all necessary docuentation. The organizer reserves the right to hold in its possession any assets of value, that are owned by the exhibitor as collateral, against any outstanding invoices or debts owed to the organizer by the exhibitor. The organizer also reserves the right to stare such collateral assets at the exhibitor expense, or, to sell such collateral assets in order to regain or settle any financial obligations, debts and clais of which the exhibitor should fail to satisfy within 30 days. 7. CHANGE OF EVENT DATES OR VENUE Changes to the event show dates, reducing or extending the nuber of days of the event teporary closures, partial or coplete closures, cancellations of the event due to unforeseen or unexpected circustances, or circustances beyond the organizer s reasonable control, does not iply, constitute or establish grounds for exhibitor rights to ake clais against the organizer for copensation of any kind or for, or any other type of recourse, for any direct or consequential daages the exhibitor ay clai. Should any event dates be altered or odified, or any cancellations be ade, the organizer will iediately notify all exhibitors. 8. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY Liability and insurance for vessels and all other exhibitor property are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. The organizer is in no way responsible or liable for any direct or consequential daages incurred to vessels or any other exhibitor property, caused by weather, sea or any other unexpected conditions. The exhibitor agrees to, and assues, all responsibility and associated expenses related to safeguarding their respective owned or leased property. During the event s effective dates, the exhibitor agrees to previde at least one representative to be present, at all ties, at the exhibitors booth and in the close proxiity of their vessels. The organizer is in no way responsible for any type of daage or loss incurred during the event whether caused by fire, weather, theft, negligence or any other type of cause. Exhibitors with in-water displayed vessels are required to staff qualified and copetent individuals, who are capable of operating their respective vessels. Should incleent weather, an eergency, or other unexpected circustances occur, the exhibitor s staff, or crew, ust be capable of reacting quickly to the situation or iediately evacuate the vessel fro the exhibition space. lt is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to onitor and control any equipent, supplies or exhibits that require special handling or care, including, but not liited to; flaable or corrosive liquids, heavy or sharp objects and power equipent. The organizer reserves the right to clai for direct or consequential daages and copensation should the exhibitor s equipent or personnel cause any type of daage to organizer s property or hinder its ability to operate at the event. The exhibitor is responsible and hold accountable to settle any costs resulting fro daage caused by the exhibitors operation during and on the preises of the event. 9. EVENT HOURS OF OPERATION Event hours foar visitors are daily, fro 10:00 through 19:00 hours, except on opening day being 12:00 through 19:00 hours, and on the final day being 10:00 through 18:00 hours. The organizer reserves the right to odify or extend the standard hours published providing the exhibitors are notified in advance. The exhibitor staff is required to be present at their exhibition location at least 15 inutes prior to the daily opening tie and reain at their exhibition location at least 15 inutes after the daily closing tie. 1O. EXHIBITOR DIRECT SALES TRANSACTIONS AND PRESENTATIONS The exhibitor is responsible and accountable for the procureent of all required docuents associated with the sale of its products, including all legal, technical procedural and financial disclosures as ay be prescribed by local authorities. The exhibitor is required, and agrees, to subit a written docuent to the organizer listing all the products and services they intend to sell during the event along with a request to sell. Any and all presentations or events that the exhibitor intend to organize or perfor on the event venue grounds, and not addressed in this contract, ust be counicated to the organizer in advance. The organizer will have the sole discretion regarding approvals and the suitability of exhibitor organized events and presentations. 11. OFFICIAL EVENT ADMITTANCE PASSES The organizer will issue to the exhibitor a predeterined nuber of official adittance passes. The nuber of official adittance passes issued is relative to, and based on, the surface area the exhibitor has leased at the event. The guidelines and regulations governing the issuance and use of the official adittance passes and credentials are defined, and strictly enforced, solely by the organizer. The official adittance passes will be issued only to, and in the nae of, the person accredited by their respective exhibitor. Only the person whose nae the official adittance pass bears is authorized to use that specific official adittance pass. The pass holder ay not lend or transfer their official adittance pass to another individual, for any reason. Should the pass holder, or bearer, violate any regulations governing the official adittance pass guidelines, the organizer reserves the right to reove, and bar peranently, those individuals fro the event venue. 12. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO/ AUDIO RECORDINGS AND PROMOTIONAL USE The organizer reserves the right to photograph and video/audio record all events on the venue preises, including exhibitor s leased exhibition space. The organizer aiso reserves the right to use all such recording for its own prootional and general reference use. By being present at the event venue, the exhibitor waives and releases any and all copyright, ownership and copensation clais to their iage being photographed or video/audio recorded, and applies to any subsequent use of such iage for prootional purposes. The exhibitor ay not perfor any type of recording of the event beyond the perieter of their exhibition space, without prior consent fro the event organizer.the exhibitor ay distribute prootional aterials exclusively inside their rented booth, and all aterial of the nature found outside the booth will be reoved by the organizer. 13. CLEANING OF EXHIBITION SPACE The organizer is responsible for the aintenance and cleanliness of the venue s passages, entrances and other coon areas accessed by the general public. The exhibitor is solely responsible for the aintenance and cleanliness of their respective leased exhibition space. For a fee, the exhibitor ay request, fro the organizer cleaning and aintenance service for their respective exhibition space or area. 14. FINAL PROVISIONS Should any disputes, disagreeents or unresolved issues a rise between the organizer and exhibitor or any third party, due to non-copliance of this contract/registration the exhibitor and organizer stipulate and refer to the copetency of the court of Split, Croatia.
